Enhanced Functionality for Greenscreens and Vooma Users
Now, users of both Vooma and Greenscreens can access Greenscreens' accurate predictive rate data directly within the Vooma Quote workflow. The Vooma Quote Email Add-In integrates seamlessly with users' inboxes, enabling them to click ‘Get rate’ or let the Email Classifier automatically identify, track, and prepare quotes upon receipts.
Vooma’s AI extracts and structures key quote information from Greenscreens.ai, preparing draft responses for review before sending them to the customer. Built on the same engine as Vooma Build, the automated order entry assistant, it works with emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, and both single and multi-quotes.

Accessing Greenscreens Rate Data
Within the Vooma Quote workflow, users can access both the Greenscreens Network Rate Prediction and the Target Buy Rate Prediction. Users can view core Greenscreens.ai data points directly within Vooma or seamlessly click out to transition from their email environment to the Greenscreens platform for detailed data insights.
Greenscreens provides two types of predictions for each quote:
- Network Rate Prediction: The Network Rate prediction is produced by the network model, which uses our entire network's load data.
- Target Buy Rate Prediction: The Target Buy Rate prediction is created by a model trained to predict a brokerage’s rates, based both on the brokerage’s data and data from Greenscreens’ entire network.
Greenscreens recommends taking both Network and Target Buy Rate Confidence into consideration when deciding how to cover a specific lane.
